NCC Education Ltd would like to extend our sincere appreciation to Dominic Starkey, Product Development Manager at NCC Education, following the completion of his term as Mayor of High Peak Borough Council.
Dominic’s service as Mayor reflects a deep commitment to community, civic responsibility and public life. Prior to becoming Mayor, he also served as Deputy Mayor of High Peak , demonstrating a sustained commitment to local leadership and public service.
While he has now completed his mayoral duties, Dominic continues to serve his community and country in his role as Councillor of High Peak Borough Council.
