If youā€™ve tried making a car video with AI, youā€™ve probably watched the paint drift, the wheels change shape and the camera move differently in every shot. We kept the Defender consistent through every swap in two stages.

šŸ“ø We started with real photos of the car from every side, plus one POV clip, so every later step had real images to work from. From there we generated hundreds of designs in GPT Image 2 and Nano Banana, kept the best ones and then worked through the details one at a time: wheels, front grille, rear.

šŸŽ¬ The motion is Seedance 2.5. It can replace subjects and objects inside real footage, so the car in our POV clip could become any of the designs. For the shots that fly around the car, we gave it image references for the design and a video reference for the camera move. That keeps the move identical from shot to shot, so the parts can switch mid-move and every cut lines up in the edit.

Less guesswork, more shots that cut together.
