We are about to release our new client portal over the next few weeks.

Our clients will be emailed login details as our client data is migrated over.

Our old portal will be disabled but our staff can still access any old tickets as required.

We are closed today but we are able to complete emergency call outs for existing and new customers.

Jobs will be charged our emergency rates unless included in your contract with us. Our standard SLA will be kept to and we are still monitoring our clients networks and devices.

If you are looking at replacing hardware at your business from desktops to servers then we are able to provide a line of credit to allow you to spread the payments over 3 months.

This is only open to orders over £500+VAT for hardware and software orders.

Migration and installation costs can be added if ordered at the same time.

Going forward all clients that are on our proactive and managed service plans are invoiced for all tickets closed on the 1st of each month and are due within 7 or 14 days.

All clients that are on per a ticket are invoiced the day after the ticket is closed and payments are due within 7 or 14 days.

Miro Business (up to 9 employees) - £400+VAT plus Cyber Essentials Fees
Small Business (10 to 49 Employees) - £1000+VAT plus Cyber Essentials Fees.

Our fees includes the report and recommendations.

If we put any recommends into place to allow you to pass certification we can discount our work up to 30%.

If you are a proactive or fully managed customer of ours we can discount up to 60% of theses costs.
