We’re thrilled to announce that NCS Technology is now an official Recolight WEEE collection point! 🌍💡

At NCS, our sustainability ethos has always been about more than just installing energy-efficient technology—it’s about taking responsibility for the entire lifecycle of the solutions we provide. By partnering with Recolight, the UK’s leading specialist for lighting WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) compliance, we are taking another significant step toward a truly circular economy.

What does this mean for our clients and community?
As a designated collection point, we can now better facilitate the responsible recycling of:

Lamps and LEDs (preventing hazardous materials like mercury from reaching landfills).

Luminaires and light fittings (ensuring metals and plastics are reclaimed and reused).

Sustainability is woven into the fabric of our business—from installing EV charging points to implementing LED theater lighting to lower our carbon footprint. Becoming a Recolight collection point allows us to "close the loop" on our lighting projects, ensuring that as we upgrade the UK's infrastructure to high-efficiency LED technology, the old equipment is handled with the highest environmental standards.

As 2025 draws to a close, we want to extend a massive thank you to all our incredible customers for your trust, partnership, and support this year. Your belief in our work fuels everything we do.

We are busy completing our final commitments and are excited to be delivering the last of our projects in the run up to Christmas!

Please note our office will be closing for the holidays at the end of the business day on Tuesday, December 23rd.

We will be taking a well deserved break and will reopen refreshed and ready for an exciting new year on Monday, January 5th, 2026.
