Core Office IT approached us looking for a complete refresh of their website. The existing site no longer reflected the quality of their services or the direction of the business, and it had started to limit their ability to properly showcase what they do.
This was a full redesign and rebuild, with a focus on clarity, usability and a more confident digital presence. The goal was to create a site that felt modern, easy to navigate and aligned with the professionalism of the Core Office IT team.

Objectives
The project focused on a few clear priorities.
To modernise the overall look and feel of the site so it better represented the brand and its services.
To improve the structure and user journey, making it easier for visitors to quickly understand what Core Office IT offers and how they can help.
To create a more flexible and scalable platform for future content updates and growth.
To strengthen calls to action and make it easier for potential clients to get in touch.
Approach
We began by reviewing the existing website and identifying where users were likely dropping off or struggling to find information. From there, we reworked the structure to create a more logical flow across the site.
The design was kept clean and confident, with clear sections, improved typography and better use of whitespace to guide users through the content. We focused on presenting services in a straightforward way, removing unnecessary clutter and making key information easier to access.
On the build side, we developed the site on a stable and flexible WordPress setup, ensuring the Core Office IT team can manage and update content without friction.
