Fabric I.T.

Fabric I.T. Computer Services and IT Support for Business in Cheshire and the North West. After much deliberation, we came up with the name Fabric IT.

Fabric IT formerly Delta Comtech:
For the past 25 years we’ve been known as Delta Comtech but our business has changed so much since those early days that we thought we should rename our business to reflect how our business has moved on. It’s not a name plucked from thin air, but one that we feel describes what we do for our customers. We provide the framework (or fabric if you like) for your busi

ness to operate successfully. From fully integrated Microsoft Dynamics Solutions and cloud based applications through to 24/7 managed IT support services. Our clients across the UK value our knowledge and expertise. The technical and support teams maintain their third party and industry qualifications and that’s why we are one of only a few Microsoft Platinum Partners.

Some happy faces today as yesterday we received our festive treats from Circle!

These are very deserved by our teams, so for day 10 of our 12 days of community, we are recognising them and the amazing work they do. This year has involved a lot of change but our people have embraced it and continued to go above and beyond!

For day 9 of our "12 days of community", we have another environmental focus and have put together 11 ways you can contribute to being more environmentally friendly -

1. Plant trees - https://www.nationaltrust.org.uk/features/plant-a-tree

2. Curb fast fashion habits

3. Help local wildlife thrive, grow more plants and feed the birds

4. Eat local produce – shop local and support our community

5. Reduce waste – Re-use where you can

6. Buy loose fruit and veg – avoid products with non-recyclable packaging

7. Eat less meat and dairy – why not try meat-free Monday’s?

8. Recycle and buy recyclable produce

9. Stop food waste – give food to local food banks

10. Try eco-friendly lighting, such as energy-saving lightbulbs

11. Avoid wasting water – make sure those taps are off

For day 8 of our “12 days of community”, we are celebrating the government Kickstart scheme.

This year we paired up with the scheme to provide working opportunities to those just starting their professional careers helping them gain varied experience.

With a lot of uncertainty over the past year, especially for students and young people looking to start their professional journey, we are thrilled to be a part of this initiative to give them a helping hand.

For day 6, we’re celebrating our incredible customer, Harrow Mencap.

Harrow Mencap is the leading voice for people with learning disabilities and their families in and around Harrow. For over 70 years the charity has worked to make Harrow a better and more inclusive place for people with learning disabilities to live.

If you have some free time, why not volunteer and assist with the fantastic work that the charity does?

Without the incredible generosity and commitment of volunteers, they would not have been able to run as successfully as they have over the years.

For day 4, we are recognising East Cheshire Hospice and the amazing work that they do.

Since 1988, East Cheshire Hospice has been caring for people suffering from life-limiting illnesses, aiming to improve overall quality of life with practical assistance, emotional and spiritual support. All of their services are provided free of charge to those who need them.

So, if you’re interested in supporting their services this Christmas, shop from their beautiful Christmas card range and send cards to your friends and family. All profits from sales go directly to helping those in the community who need it most this Christmas.
