Behind every great event is a reliable power system. ⚡

Here's a small part of a recent festival installation where we provided the complete temporary power infrastructure for a site in the Monmouthshire countryside.

From generators and fuel management to distribution, testing and on-site support, everything was designed to keep the event running safely and reliably from build through to break.

It's not always the most glamorous part of an event, but it's certainly one of the most important.

A few weeks back, we had the pleasure of taking part in Wyedean School's Inspiration Day, delivering a series of hands-on workshops introducing students to the world of live event production.

Students had the opportunity to get behind professional equipment, trying their hand at mixing live audio on a Yamaha digital mixing console and programming intelligent lighting using a Chamsys lighting desk. They also learnt about the wide range of careers available behind the scenes in the events industry.

Rather than simply talking about what we do, we wanted students to experience it for themselves—getting hands-on with the same professional equipment used at live events across the UK.

It was fantastic to see so much enthusiasm, curiosity and plenty of great questions throughout the day. Hopefully we've inspired a few future sound engineers, lighting programmers and production technicians along the way!

💡 The next generation of event professionals has to start somewhere.

Not every installation needs touchscreens, DSPs and complicated control systems.
Sometimes it just needs to be simple, reliable and easy to use.

This rack was recently installed as part of a venue upgrade, providing background music, speech reinforcement, radio microphone facilities and basic lighting control from a single location.

Everything is clearly labelled and designed so that non-technical users can walk up, switch it on and get on with their event.

It's not the most exciting bit of equipment we've installed recently, but it's probably one of the most useful.

🌫️ One of the most important bits of kit in our hire stock... and it's not even a light.

Our Unique 2.1 hazer.

A decent hazer can completely transform a lighting rig. There's no point spending thousands on moving lights if nobody can actually see the beams.

Reliable, economical on fluid and just gets on with the job. It's been our go-to hazer for years on everything from festivals and live music through to theatre productions.
