Ever wondered how we get our refurbished items to you in such great condition? Here's how it goes down:

- we have a contract with Amazon to receive some of their returned stock
- once it's sorted into categories, we take in the electronics (printers, computers etc)
- we get it to our specialist team in Slough who sort it, test it, repair and refurbish it
- we list it online, then ship it out to you!

Keep an eye on the links (bookmark them!) because as you can image the stock changes all the time and we're never sure what we might get in. Last month we had a fantastic stock of Garmin GPS sports watches.

We do this in partnership with another company, but it's still a huge project. Between us, we share about 40 palettes a month (each palette has more than 100 items).
