Bit more of a “she’ll be right” approach 😅
This Men’s Health Week 💙 is just a reminder that the person behind the wheel matters too.
Life on the road is not always easy. Long hours, tight schedules, a lot of sitting, and a lot of time alone. It adds up.
So instead of big changes, here are a few small things that actually help:
💬 Send a voice note, not just a text.
Hearing someone’s voice feels different. More personal. More real. It keeps connections alive.
🚶 Move a bit (even the awkward stuff).
Yes… even standing up and squeezing your glutes. Looks weird. Helps your back. Try it!
🎧 Find a good audiobook.
Changes the feel of a long drive. Keeps your mind engaged and replaces negative rumination with something more uplifting. It's all about balance right?!
🧠 Be on your own team.
If you wouldn’t say it to your mate, don’t say it to yourself. Got something you've been meaning to see the doc about? Maybe book that appointment aye.
🛠 Look after the three versions of you.
Thank past you for being a legend. Help future you by setting up gifts like connecting with others, a good feed or something else that fills your cup. And cut current you some slack, you're only human after all.
No lectures. No pressure.
Just small things that make the day feel a bit lighter.
