The codes of practise authorised companies conform to greatly restrict which computers can be fixed, how much they can be improved and the parts that can be used. Because the MacSmiths are unhindered by these restrictions, we can develop procedures that greatly improve the running of the machines, use reconditioned parts to greatly lower the price of repairs, repair parts rather than just replacing them, use far superior upgrades than are available through Apple and diagnose and repair Macs within a fraction of the time.
