Today is the day! The European Championship kicks off in Munich with the Germany vs. Scotland game. Deutsche Telekom plays a central role in the European Football Championship as a network supplier, national sponsor, and TV rights owner. But that's not all! We have been busy and created six videos with essential tips on all the host cities in Germany. Kicking off today with Munich:

🚇 The easiest way to get around Munich is by public transport. However, the ticket system is a nightmare, even for locals! It's best to download the MVV app from your app store. You can easily buy tickets and plan your routes.

🌲 The perfect spot to recharge and refresh between the busy game schedule is the English Garden. Make sure to stop for a visit!

🍺 What is Bavaria most known for if it isn’t the beer gardens? Our top three favorites are at Wiener Platz, Viktualienmarkt and Flaucher.

🏟️ If you did not manage to secure tickets for the games in Munich, fear not. A great place to experience the Championship with fellow-minded football fans is the Olympic Park, with three huge screens to watch on.

🌭 If you are in Munich, you might want to try some local delicatessen—the Weisswurst (white sausage). It might not be everyone’s taste but ensure that you eat it correctly!
