Scaling a brand shouldn’t require a stack of agencies, siloed data and endless complexity.

That’s what makes ZyG so exciting 🚀

We’re thrilled to back ZyG’s $60M Series A, led by Accel, as they build the first Agentic Operating System for eCommerce scale.

From brand creation to growth and logistics, ZyG is rethinking how modern consumer companies are built, replacing fragmentation with a fully integrated, AI-powered engine.

At Felix, we back founders at the intersection of technology and creativity. ZyG is exactly that, giving product innovators the tools to turn great ideas into global brands.

Huge congrats to Omer Kaplan, Tomer Bar-Zeev and the entire ZyG team 👏

Heard at : Retail Reimagined and the Rise of Agentic Commerce⚡🛒

Next in our PULSES series, we explored a shift that’s already underway: agents moving from assisting consumers to acting on their behalf and what it will take to move beyond demos to real infrastructure.

Led by Adrien Nussenbaum, Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Felix portfolio company , the conversation unpacked why the next era of commerce will be defined not just by AI itself, but by the systems that enable agents to transact reliably across retailers, brands and platforms.

What stood out from the conversation:

→ “Commerce 3.0 is coming, and it’s happening now.”

→ Agentic commerce depends on infrastructure that connects agents with product data and transactions

→ “If you’re a brand, being a great brand won’t be enough. The data around your product will matter just as much.”

The discussion cut through the hype to focus on fundamentals: messy infrastructure, constantly changing data, and the systems needed when AI agents search, transact, and manage real customer experiences.

Big news from our portfolio company Origin! 🌟

We’re proud to continue backing the team in their $30M Series A+, alongside our friends at Notion Capital and HSBC Innovation Banking.

Nine months on from leading their Series A, our conviction has only strengthened. At , we back founders building the technology and products that shape the foundations of how we live and work. Increasingly, that means rethinking complex systems through — not as an added layer, but as something embedded at the core of how decisions are made. 🤖

Global benefits is one of those systems. It plays a critical role in how people experience work and how organisations support and invest in their talent, typically representing a global organisation’s second largest people cost. Yet today, global benefits remains fragmented, managed locally and manually, and difficult to coordinate centrally at scale.

Origin is transforming their customers’ playbook by building a new system of record and action for benefits data, with AI embedded from the ground up to bring structure, visibility and intelligence to a complex, global function. ⚙️

In a short period of time, we have seen the team move at phenomenal speed, working with leading global organisations of real scale, and delivering with a level of clarity and ambition that stands out.

We believe this is an opportunity to redefine how companies support their people through better data, better decisions, and more intelligent systems.

Congratulations to Chris, Peter, and the entire Origin team — the last nine months have been impressive and we’re excited for what’s ahead. 🚀

International Women’s Day is coming up and this year’s theme, , reminds us that progress is built through action — through giving capital, access and sustained support so more women can build and lead at scale.

We’re proud to partner with founders including Anca Stefan (), Dr. Anna Magdalena Naderer (), (), Eléonore Crespo (), ( and ), Hedda Båverud Olsson (), (), Dr Mridula Pore (.health), (), (), and .

Access to capital and opportunity remains uneven. At Felix, we remain committed to backing exceptional women building the next generation of companies shaping culture and technology.

Happy International Women’s Day to the incredible founders and women in our community pushing boundaries every day — we see you, we support you, and we’re proud to be on the journey with you.

Heard at : LP-GP Roundtable & The Next Decade of European Tech⚡📈

Continuing our PULSES series, this session brought LPs and GPs together for a candid look at how venture capital is evolving in a world shaped by — and what remains constant.

Moderated by the ’ Ivan Levingston, the panel featured Margo Doyle (S-Cubed Capital), Gregory Schmitt (MEAG), Tom Stafford (DST Global), and ’s Antoine Nussenbaum, exploring capital allocation, European opportunity, and the importance of long-term alignment in venture.

A few perspectives from the stage: 💭

→ “Venture is a long-term game. It’s not about predicting perfectly, but about putting the right risk parameters in place and staying disciplined.” — Margo Doyle

→ “The biggest risk for European tech isn’t talent or capital. It’s the pace of enterprise adoption.” — Tom Stafford

→ “AI shows up in almost every pitch today. The question is whether it’s real or just narrative.” — Gregory Schmitt

→ “This new era of AI is reinforcing what we believed from the start: brand and product design are becoming the moat for AI native companies.”
— Antoine Nussenbaum

The discussion cut through market noise to focus on fundamentals: disciplined capital, genuine adoption over hype, and LP–GP relationships built for decades, not cycles. A reminder that even in moments of technological inflection, venture remains a long game shaped by conviction, patience, and backing companies that define the next decade.

PULSES is where we host these conversations, bringing founders, investors, and cultural thinkers together to explore what’s next at the intersection of technology and culture. 🌍🤝

Exciting news from our portfolio company 🐾 — we’re proud to double down on our partnership in their $75M Series C alongside our friends at , Stena Sessan, Passion Capital and Inventure.

Since we first invested 3 years ago, Lassie has grown 50x and is building Europe’s leading prevention-first, AI-powered pet health platform — now serving ~250,000 pets across Sweden, Germany and France, with over $100m in recurring premiums.

What makes Lassie stand out is its proactive approach to pet care. By combining deeply localised insurance products with a gamified preventive app and AI-powered claims automation, they’re helping pet parents care for their animals in a way that truly feels modern and supportive.

At , we continue to back founders building new ways of living and working — and Lassie is redefining what pet care can look like across Europe.

Congratulations to Hedda, Sophie, Johan, and the entire Lassie team on this milestone. We’re excited for the next chapter. 🚀

Heard at : How AI Is Transforming the World of Work ⚡💼

Next in our PULSES series, we look at how is transforming the world of work, not at the margins but at the core of how organisations are built.

Led by Tudor Havriliuc ( Venture Advisor; formerly People/HR at , , ), the panel brought together Chris Bruce (Origin) and Andreas De Neve 🐺 (.ai) to explore how AI is reshaping organisations from the inside out.

Three ideas from the stage: 💭
→ “AI is forcing organisations to rethink how work gets done, not just within HR, but across the entire enterprise.” — Tudor Havriliuc
→ “Managers make highly subjective decisions based on a handful of data points. AI changes that.” — Andreas De Neve
→ “Before AI, answering these questions at global scale was practically impossible.” — Chris Bruce

The conversation moved beyond productivity gains to explore how deeper visibility into skills, performance, and cost enables organisations to respond faster, reshape strategy, and reallocate talent.

Heard at : How AI Will Redefine What It Means to Be Human ⚡🧠

At ’s 10-year anniversary, argued that the next decade won’t be defined by what AI produces, but by what it makes scarce: trust, attention, identity, and distinctiveness.

Three ideas from the stage: 💭
→ “For many of us, the internet was zero gravity — massless and intangible. But now digital is becoming a game of really deep, heavy lifting.”
→ Software is no longer eating the world. Software is demanding a new world.
→ If AI systems become better navigators of trust than humans, what happens to the brands and institutions that once played that role?

That last question is the one we keep coming back to.

As commoditises content, code, and even creativity, the defensible ground shifts to the human layer — how we decide, who we trust, and what feels distinctly ours. The companies that define 2035 won’t just build intelligence, they’ll build interfaces for trust and meaning that humans can’t navigate alone.

is where we host these conversations — bringing founders, investors, and cultural thinkers together to explore what’s next at the intersection of technology and culture. 🌍🤝

Earlier this week in Paris, we brought together a group of founders, operators, and investors from across the ecosystem for an intimate evening on AI, hosted at ’s new flagship store in Le Marais. ✨

A defining European brand, filled with people building the next wave of AI products — it might seem unexpected at first, but it captures a belief we’ve held for a long time.

As AI reshapes how we live, work, create, and care for ourselves, the companies that define the next decade won’t win on technology alone. They’ll build brands people identify with, products users return to, and experiences that feel inevitable.

At Felix, we back creative founders who combine technical depth with taste, judgment, and cultural understanding, especially in a world of infinite choice.

Thank you to AMI for hosting, and to everyone who joined us for such a thoughtful evening. We’re energised by what’s being built across Europe and excited to keep backing the next generation of platforms emerging from it.🪴

🌟 New from Felix 🌟 Felix Capital’s 2026 predictions — “10 Themes for the Next 10 Years”

Ten years ago, we founded to invest in the intersection of and . Our thesis has always been driven by our core belief that technology has a profound impact on the way we live, work, create and connect. As now becomes the defining force of the next era, we’re focused on what comes next. So far, AI has defined the foundations of the past few years — the infrastructure, the models, the early capabilities. The next decade however will be shaped by the applications: the products, behaviours, companies, and cultural shifts that will transform how we live and work.

To mark these shifts and in honour of our 10th anniversary, we’re proud to share our predictions for 2026 and beyond in this new world context. Our “10 Themes for the Next 10 Years” covers what we believe will define the next decade of innovation and cultural transformation. These will span three major “pulses”:

⚡ The AI Silver Platter — intelligence embedded everywhere we work and create
🌍 The Cultural Transformation — new behaviours, values, and realities reshaped by AI
🧠 The Human Upgrade — the rising importance of judgment, taste, trust, and agency

From the verticalisation of tools, to the rise of autonomous agents, to the power of brand in an algorithmic world, we are excited to share and discuss these insights with our community, and partner with forward-thinking founders to shape the next decade.
