The Upper Tribunal has confirmed it will hear the legal challenges to the motor finance compensation scheme between 16 and 26 February 2027

This does unfortunately mean another delay to payouts for those who are eligible; however, lenders must continue to process complaints under the scheme for now.

If you’ve already complained with us, you don’t need to do anything, and we’ll continue to process your claim, ready for the hearing results next year.

For those who haven’t yet submitted their complaint but think they may be eligible, you can do so now in preparation.
