✅ One small IT change that made a big difference last month

We enrolled all of one of our client's devices into Microsoft Intune to improve device management and security.
On paper, it's a simple setup step.
In reality, it completely changed how smoothly things run day‑to‑day.
Before Intune:

Devices were configured manually
Policies weren't consistent
Security settings relied on user behaviour
Onboarding and troubleshooting took longer than it should

After enrolling devices into Intune:

Security policies applied automatically
Devices stayed compliant without user effort

If your business only relies on built‑in Microsoft protection, read this
Microsoft does a lot really well out of the box — but it doesn't cover everything.

We still see many businesses assuming their data is fully protected just because it's "in Microsoft", when in reality built‑in protection alone has limits.

That's why our customers have Microsoft 365 backup through Acronis as standard — so emails, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams data can be properly backed up and recovered if needed.

Built‑in protection is a great starting point, but it shouldn't be your only layer.
