Freelancers teaching at Virgin Active health clubs are using My Class Depot app to successfully submit their monthly invoices to the club GEMs under the new invoicing system. Upon receipt of the PO from the GEM, the PO number is 'copy and paste' onto the invoice pdf and emailed to Celaton. All this done on the freelancers' smartphone in a couple of clicks.
