Audio Show Deluxe has begun. Here's to a great weekend of listening to music 🎶

We had the pleasure of catching up with Ketan and Kash from What Hi-Fi? when they popped into our room at the The Bristol Hi-Fi Show recently. After listening to the 80 AMP in the listening area, we talked through the features and specs of the 80 series product range in more detail.

After its very successful debut at the Bristol HiFi Show last week, the 80 AMP will be visiting the fantastic team at HBH Woolacotts for an event at their Wadebridge, Cornwall store on the 5th March. Jason will be on hand between 11am and 4pm to talk you through the 80 AMP and the rest of the system, so this is a great opportunity to not only hear this brand-new amplifier, but also ask any questions you may have.

We’re pleased to announce that with the release of BluOS v4.14.9, the 40 ST network streamer now supports DSD file playback via USB input, as well as DSD files indexed locally within the BluOS app. This enhancement further solidifies the 40 ST’s position as a premium digital music streamer, delivering exceptional high-resolution playback with support for files up to 192k/24-bit PCM and DSD256.

In our latest software upgrade for the 40 ST (v1.0.190), we enabled DSD playback in preparation for this release from BluOS. As long as this latest upgrade has been completed, you will only need to run the update v4.14.9 from BluOS. When you next power on your 40 ST, you will automatically receive a notification prompting you to install the update. Simply follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process and begin enjoying your high-resolution music collection within minutes.

We are also happy to announce a new partnership between BluOS and airable. Available with this latest update, BluOS users can now explore a wide range of global radio and podcast content, including ad-free options, via a dedicated placement in the BluOS Controller app. The platform’s intuitive interface makes discovering new shows effortless, while offering instant access to favorite stations.

What an honour to be awarded a 'Golden Pig' award from Lin and Stu from Hifi Pig at last weekends The Bristol Hi-Fi Show 😀

The whole team at Cyrus worked extremely hard to bring everything together, to present a room which we hoped visitors would enjoy as much as we did.
