Something we've been thinking about a lot lately and I'd love to know if it matches what you're experiencing.
We talk to business owners every day, and the same frustrations come up again and again. But I'm curious whether what we're seeing is representative, or whether there are problems out there we're not hearing about enough.
So, a quick poll. If you could fix one thing about how your business operates tomorrow morning, what would it be?
**What's your biggest operational bottleneck right now?**
A: Too much manual data entry: We're constantly copying the same information between systems
B: No visibility: I can't see what's actually happening in my business without digging for it
C: Things falling through the cracks: leads, tasks, and follow-ups that nobody owns
