🚨 Big News for Jira Users! 🚨

Atlassian is shaking things up: They're planning to replace the term "Issue" in Jira. The proposed alternatives? "Work item" or "Task."
As someone who's worked extensively with Jira, I have some thoughts:

➕ Pros:
More inclusive terminology for non-software teams
Potential for better alignment with general project management lingo

➖ Cons:
Possible confusion during the transition
Potential impact on existing JQL queries and integrations

🤔 What's your take? Will this make Jira more accessible to diverse teams, or is it an unnecessary change that might cause more headaches than benefits?

Atlassian is gathering feedback via a Chrome extension that lets you preview the changes. I'd encourage all Jira users to give it a try and share your thoughts.
