Microsoft has added business process visualization to the Dynamics 365 Implementation Portal.

The update gives customers and partners access to the Microsoft Business Process Catalog directly during project profiling.

Teams can explore standard process diagrams, define what’s in or out of scope, and align business and technical stakeholders before moving to solution design and configuration.

We think this is a practical improvement. Having process context available at the beginning of an implementation can help teams avoid misunderstandings about scope and create a more consistent approach, especially for large or global projects.

Microsoft has made Governance in the Quality Management Agent for Dynamics 365 Customer Service generally available.

The new feature helps organizations review outbound emails—including AI-generated messages—and even check PDF and Word attachments against company policies before they're sent.

We see this as a timely addition. As AI becomes a bigger part of customer service, governance and compliance are becoming just as important as productivity. It's good to see Microsoft focusing not only on new AI capabilities but also on the safeguards that help organizations use them with confidence.

Do you think governance features like this will soon become the standard for AI-powered customer service?

Microsoft has shared updated guidance for organizations using Dynamics NAV, Dynamics GP, and Dynamics SL. The message is simple: if you're considering a move to Dynamics 365 Business Central, it's worth starting the planning process now.

We think this is a sensible recommendation. ERP migrations are rarely quick, and starting early gives businesses more time to assess their systems, prepare users, and choose the right migration approach.

Microsoft has introduced Model Context Protocol support for Dynamics 365 Sales.

We think this is one of the more interesting updates for the Dynamics 365 ecosystem. MCP allows AI agents to securely connect with trusted external tools and data sources, making it easier to extend Dynamics 365 Sales without building complex integrations or duplicating data.

It'll be interesting to watch how this ecosystem develops, especially with launch partners like ZoomInfo, Gong, Dun & Bradstreet, LeadIQ, Draup, Enlyft, and HG Insights already onboard.

What are your thoughts on Microsoft's approach to agentic AI?

Microsoft has announced an expansion of scheduling capabilities in Dynamics 365 Field Service through a new integration with Solvares VISITOUR.

The new accelerator is designed for organizations with more complex scheduling needs, offering real-time route optimization and continuous schedule updates as new jobs, delays, or cancellations occur.

We think this is a good step toward making the Field Service ecosystem more flexible. Instead of relying on a single scheduling approach, businesses now have more options to choose the solution that best fits their operations.

Microsoft just made Sales Agent and Service Agent in Microsoft 365 Copilot generally available, bringing them directly into Dynamics 365, Outlook, and Teams.

The idea is simple: less time spent digging through systems for context, more time actually talking to customers. Sales Agent pulls up account and deal info and drafts follow-ups; Service Agent summarizes cases and suggests next steps, right where people already work.

We think this is a solid move — the shift from "assistant that answers when asked" to "agent that surfaces what you need before you ask" is where CRM tools are clearly heading, and Microsoft baking it into tools people already use daily makes adoption a lot more realistic than yet another platform to learn.

Curious whether your team has started testing agentic features yet, or if you're still waiting to see how it plays out in practice?

Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 are now offering a more unified customer service experience with the general availability of Service Agent in Microsoft 365 Copilot.

We’re seeing a clear move from searching and switching between tools to working directly inside a single Copilot experience where context and actions come together. Service teams can now access case information, knowledge, and take actions like updates or drafting responses without leaving the conversation.

From our perspective, this is less about new AI features and more about reducing fragmentation in day-to-day service work. It points to a more connected workflow where context is always available and usable in real time.

It will be interesting to see how this changes service efficiency once it scales across organizations.

Microsoft has announced the general availability of Workforce Engagement Management in Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Contact Center.

The new capabilities help organizations manage a combined workforce of people and AI agents — from planning and scheduling to real-time operations and service quality improvement.

What we find interesting is the shift from simply adopting AI tools to creating new ways of working with AI as part of everyday operations.

The question is: how will businesses balance human expertise with AI capabilities to deliver better customer experiences?

The AI-powered workplace is already becoming a reality.

Microsoft has announced the general availability of Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service plug-ins for Copilot Cowork.

The update allows users to work across CRM data, service cases, emails, meetings, and knowledge sources from a single request, helping teams prepare for customer interactions, identify risks, and streamline routine tasks.

What we find particularly interesting is the focus on practical business workflows. Rather than simply generating content, the solution is designed to help users gather information, make decisions, and take action—while keeping human approval and existing security controls in place.

It will be interesting to see how organizations adopt these capabilities as AI becomes more integrated into everyday business applications.

Microsoft has made Claude Fable 5 available in Microsoft Foundry, expanding its lineup of frontier models for enterprise AI.

The model is designed for long-running, multi-step work like software development, research, and document-heavy analysis. It can maintain context across tasks and adjust its approach as it progresses, which makes it more suitable for end-to-end workflows rather than isolated prompts.

What stands out to us is how this fits into Microsoft’s broader direction: combining powerful models with enterprise-grade governance, security, and deployment controls through Foundry and the wider Azure ecosystem.

It feels like another step toward more autonomous AI systems being used in real business processes. The key question is how quickly organizations will move from experimentation to actual production use.
