New deep learning-based attack can be used to classify laptop keystrokes by recording sounds using a nearby phone with 95% accuracy.

Researchers devised an acoustic attack, with keystrokes deciphered even during Zoom calls reaching an accuracy of 93%. This is a major risk to privacy as people generally don't consider the sounds their keyboards make while typing.
