Say hello to the fabulous Yashica Bharvirkar! Yash specialises in permanent DevOps positions in the German market.

Yash hails from Mumbai, India, and started her recruitment career in 2018. Afterwards, she pursued a Master’s degree in Marketing from Oxford Brookes University. Upon completing her studies, she returned to Tech recruitment in London, focusing on both contract and permanent roles across the US and EMEA. Throughout this period, she collaborated with diverse clients, assisting them in hiring for IT Service Management, ERP, Infrastructure, Artificial Intelligence, Cloud, and Cybersecurity roles.

Last Friday's Trust in SODA and wider Trinnovo Group | B Corp™ Sports Day, filled with team spirit, friendly competition, and plenty of laughter! 🥳 ⚽️ 🌟

A huge thank you to everyone who participated and helped make this day such a success, with a particular mention to our internal Culture Club: Viki Dowthwaite, Sam Jason Hamilton, Josh Duggan, Luana Boni Chagas, Scarlett Worthington and Imogen Paul!

Days like these remind us of the importance of team bonding and having fun together outside of the office. We are looking forward to hosting more events that bring us closer as a team!

Francis began his career as a promoter, and after producing several successful events in Spain, he came back to the U.K. to become an Estate Agent. After a successful stint, he entered the world of recruitment where he combined his love of technology and relationship management skills.

Meet the SODA Squad! 🌈 🚀 📲

Say hey to Katie Southward! Katie is a Key Account Manager who specialises in managing and delivering projects for some of our most important clients in the UK. Katie is responsible for developing and expanding key relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring that we deliver exceptional talent at a market-leading pace.

Katie has been working in the recruitment industry throughout her entire professional career. She started out in operations roles like Receptionist and Office Manager, before transitioning to her first recruitment-focused role in 2018. During her first year in recruitment, she primarily focused on SAP, followed by 5 years working in Key Account Management. During this time, she worked with a variety of clients helping them hire within Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, and Architecture largely within the SC and DV Cleared space.

Gabriella Morrey-Jones is our Talent Acquisition Lead and is responsible for hiring the best talent who will all individually contribute to the growth and success of Trust in SODA and the wider Trinnovo Group. 🚀

Gabs started her career in an Estate Agency. After six years, she moved into recruitment where she has spent the last seven years recruiting into the Tech Contract Market while being part of SODA and Trinnovo Group for the previous four.

Most recently, Gabs has returned from maternity leave to lead our Internal Talent Acquisition function, where she can identify the top talent in the market and share first-hand experiences of what it is like to work for the Trinnovo Group, and how to get the most out of a career here!
