A week on from sponsoring Fusion Live 2026, we've been reflecting on the conversations, ideas and insights that came out of the Productivity Zone. 💡

It was fantastic to meet so many organisations exploring how AI, Copilot and Microsoft 365 can help people work smarter, collaborate better and unlock new opportunities.

One theme came up time and time again: technology isn't the biggest challenge. Most organisations already have access to powerful tools. The real opportunity lies in helping people build the confidence and skills needed to get the most value from them.

The Productivity Zone created space for practical discussions, hands-on demonstrations and honest conversations about what organisations are trying to achieve and the barriers they're working to overcome.

A huge thank you to Trustmarque Ultima for inviting us, the Fusion Live team for delivering another brilliant event, and to everyone who stopped by to share their experiences, challenges and success stories.

We're looking forward to continuing many of those conversations in the weeks and months ahead.

Another brilliant day yesterday supporting the CBS Waffle Bar! 🧇☕🎉
We spent the day exploring practical ways Microsoft 365 can help people stay organised, collaborate more effectively and make everyday work just that little bit easier.
It was fantastic to see colleagues getting involved, asking questions, sharing ideas and discussing how different approaches could support their teams and ways of working.💡

One of the key messages from the day was that productivity isn't about using more technology. It's about choosing the right tools and habits to support the way people work.

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by for a chat or joined a session throughout the day. Special thanks to mclean for helping deliver the demonstrations, and to Steve, Lewis, Fajar, Luke and Jake for their support in making the event such a success.

💙 We love learning. We love helping others learn too. This week, some of the 365Tribe team are taking part in a Copilot Bootcamp as they prepare for their Microsoft Copilot certification.

As much as we enjoy helping organisations build Microsoft 365, Copilot and AI skills, we believe it's just as important to keep investing in our own learning.

One of the team summed up day one perfectly:

"Yesterday was amazing!! I learned so much in one day. Honestly, thank you so much for this opportunity!"

That's exactly why we're doing it.
A week of learning, sharing ideas, challenging ourselves and bringing new knowledge back to the clients and communities we support every day.
