Role Description:
This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Service Representative at Phone House Shop. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing product information, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Service skills
Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
Experience with CRM systems is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent required
