Funny, when I first encountered this journey, I sweared I would never be caught on stage attempting this, it was definitely a big no, no. Now fast forward, here I am preparing for 2026.

This year is a comeback after being out the game for 2 years, now I’m back. Had 2 great sessions, Soft Tissue Mobilisation and my usual Physio treatment, feel much lighter and flexible. Just need to work more on the hips, taken some guidance on the type of exercise to execute.

Let’s see how this improves posing 👌🏽
