Adobe Summit's commerce story this year came down to three things: agentic AI, developer velocity, and global reach.

The headline reveal was the Commerce Developer Agent (coming soon), which is an AI-powered suite of tools built to accelerate the adoption of Adobe Commerce as a Cloud Service (ACCS) and Adobe Commerce Optimiser (ACO).

The standout component: the Migration Assessment Agent. Point it at a Commerce environment, and it returns a module inventory, complexity scoring, a migration readiness report, risk factors, and a developer handoff package. That's a real unlock for teams sitting on legacy Magento estates.

Add Brand Concierge, the Commerce Storefront MCP, LLM-readiness features, Edge Delivery Services, and ACCS/ACO expanding into India, Singapore and Japan, and the direction of travel is clear.

The Retail Technology Show made it crystal clear this week that AI is no longer a 'nice to have.' It is the engine driving the future of retail.

We’re excited to introduce Stephen Coe, our new Lead Designer.

Stephen brings over 15 years of experience shaping digital products across ecommerce, SaaS and enterprise platforms. He’s the kind of designer who balances creative thinking with commercial impact, focusing not just on how things look, but how they perform.

From leading design systems and rebrands to refining conversion journeys and user experience, he’s worked across the full lifecycle, from early discovery through to delivery. His approach is thoughtful, collaborative and rooted in making complex things feel simple.

Outside of client work, he’s also the founder of Biscuit Town Run Club, a growing community of over 200 members, which we think is a reflection of the same energy he brings to his work: building, leading and connecting.
