UPDATE: Huge thanks to those of you who flagged these for me (and also to those who have been reminded to leave a review!) As of last night they finally took down the rogue reviews! Why it took 2 weeks when they had all the evidence on the first day of flagging I'll never know. But thank you! :)

Unfortunately there have been 2 people who have been let down by a tattoo company also called Red Rocket who have not looked what they're doing and left bad reviews on our Trustpilot. It was 4.9 and is now 3.5 😕.
It is clear at the top of the page what we do and that we have nothing to do with tattoos.
This was a week ago. I have reported this to Trustpilot (via their business flagging which they originally said we hadn't done and told me to do it again which I couldn't because you can only do it once).
I also tracked down the right company who has been very helpful and amazingly reported it herself as a consumer and owned up that it's about her business. But they still won't remove them. I have also replied to the people who left the reviews but they've ignored this.
They clearly mention tattoos and are our only stars under 4 - in fact we only have 1, 4* review, all the others are 5*.
We have worked hard to build our business and some people's carelessness in not reading what is clearly stated at the top of the page (software training) have knocked it down. I know most people will look at the bad reviews and will realise that these are rogue reviews but it still shows up as 3.5 and is not good. Especially in this current climate.
For those who know what we do and are happy, please can you flag these 2, 1* reviews as a consumer. My thinking is the more people who do it, Trustpilot will hopefully eventually realise their error, and realise that they need to remove them.
Sadly because we are only on the free option for Trustpilot (as their lowest band for subscription is way beyond what we need or can afford as a small business) they don't care about us.
