New UK: Goldman Sachs Returnship Programme. Roles based in Birmingham and London. Starts September 2026. Apply ASAP

This programme is aimed at talented professionals looking to restart their careers after an extended absence from the workforce.

Across the 10-week placement, participants will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the firms day-to-day activities. You will be able to utilise Goldman Sachs’ vast resources, connecting with senior leaders and benefit from mentorship opportunities throughout. The BlackRock Returner Programme is a 6‑month paid returnship designed to help professionals transition back into full‑time work. Participants receive strong support throughout the programme, including access to employee networks, a dedicated mentor and buddy, the Career Returners Coaching Programme, and the encouragement of a peer cohort.
