HNW audiences judge a website's credibility in seconds, and almost none of that judgement is made on the words.

Website design for ROC Invest, a prime off-market property specialist in London.

The whole site is built around scanning behaviour. Strong background visuals set the tone straight away, spanning landmark London property through to characterful residential. Generous negative space throughout, because restraint reads as confidence at this level while density reads as an agency chasing volume.

Services and track record presented calmly rather than crammed into feature grids and statistics. Reassurance before persuasion.

The navy palette carries over from the identity, ch*****ne appears sparingly as an accent, and the type picks up the same contrast established in the logo lockup.

Built on Squarespace, fully responsive, and confident enough not to shout.

The work that goes into a simple mark is mostly invisible. That is the point of it.

More from the ROC Invest brand identity, a prime off-market property specialist in London.

ROC carries a custom treatment and holds the focal point. INVEST sits below in a deliberate contrast of weight and size, with keylines either side so it can sit at its optimal size while holding the lockup in balance. Without them, two elements of unequal weight stacked together start to read as a see-saw, which is an unhelpful association for an investment business.

Nobody is meant to notice any of that. They are meant to look at it once and feel that it is settled.

Restraint everywhere else too. Navy and ch*****ne, generous space, nothing added for decoration.

Every firm in prime property claims discretion and off-market access. The words are interchangeable. The mark is not.

Brand identity for ROC Invest, who source off-market property for HNW clients, family offices and overseas investors.

They sit on both sides of a transaction, sourcing for investors and finding investors for vendors, so the OC letterforms interlock. Connection, built into the structure of the mark. Strong and confident, because a frail looking link would say the wrong thing entirely about a business handling significant capital.

Midnight and Royal Navy for authority. Muted ch*****ne for warmth and heritage credibility. Harbour Grey holding the middle ground: composed, impartial, quietly expensive.

An identity that had to reassure before it impressed.

A discreet, refined identity for Ilias Patsios, a private chef with Michelin-star experience across prestigious, internationally celebrated kitchens. Working globally across private yachts, exclusive estates and high-touch events, Ilias crafts bespoke menus around each client, guest list and occasion.

The brand needed to reflect that same elegance: sophisticated, composed and quietly luxurious. A finely balanced IP monogram became the centrepiece, paired with a poised logotype and neutral colour palette designed to let the food remain the hero.

For private chef Ilias Patsios, the brand identity needed to feel as refined as the experience he creates: sophisticated, composed and discreet. With Michelin-star experience across prestigious international kitchens, and a practice spanning private yachts, exclusive estates and high-touch events, every visual decision had to elevate his work without overshadowing it.

A finely balanced “IP” monogram became the centrepiece, paired with a poised logotype and a deliberately neutral colour palette so the food remains the hero. The website follows the same principle: clean, spacious and image-led, with clear enquiry routes and room for each signature dish to speak.

For private chef Ilias Patsios, the brief was to create a brand identity with the same restraint, precision and quiet confidence as his work. With Michelin-star experience in internationally celebrated kitchens, Ilias operates globally across private yachts, exclusive estates and high-touch events, crafting bespoke menus around each client, guest list and occasion.

The identity centres on a finely balanced “IP” monogram, paired with a poised logotype and a neutral colour palette chosen to let the food remain the hero. The Squarespace website continues that approach: clean, spacious and image-led, with clear enquiry routes and room for every plate to speak.
