Challenge complete ✅🏃🏻‍♂️

A huge congratulations to team FluidOne and team Cyber Security Associates who triumphantly finished the Tough Mudder London West course last Sunday, which turned out to be a challenging 19km instead of the expected 15km! It was an unforgettable day filled with lots of laughter, sweat, tears and teamwork!

FluidOne is pleased to announce the acquisition of the award-winning Surrey-based IT managed service provider, Projectfive who will join the recently acquired Highlander Computing Solutions to create a branch network of localised services for SME customers.

As the second successful acquisition of 2023, the investment has allowed us to create a £30m revenue Business IT Centre of Excellence with 930 customers, 134 employees and 4 branch offices led from Highlander’s Sheffield headquarters.

Commenting on the acquisition Russell Horton, FluidOne CEO, said: “When reviewing the business, I was impressed with the excellent service they deliver and the strength of relationships that the team build with their clients. They are a great fit to our strategy, and I look forward to working with Steve Coburn and the team to grow the Camberley business.”

FluidOne is pleased to announce the acquisition of Microsoft Gold Partner, Highlander Computing Solutions, a leading supplier of enterprise IT infrastructure and SME IT managed services.

This acquisition will see revenue grow by 35% with a combination of enterprise IT infrastructure, SME managed IT services, enterprise IT cloud services and cyber security services representing nearly 50% of the FluidOne portfolio.

Highlander will become a centre of excellence for IT managed services for the existing FluidOne customers with 10-200 employees. Headquartered in Sheffield, Highlander will combine the existing FluidOne IT teams based in Cheltenham, Colgate and London into a branch network providing local account management, engineering and centralised leadership.

With a combined team from FluidOne and Marathon Managed Services, we’ve signed up for both the 5km and 15km routes, the latter of which we’ll be competing against our partners at Cyber Security Associates. We do love a bit of healthy competition 🙌
