I’ve been feeling a little lost lately.

Not necessarily unhappy. Not ungrateful. Just… questioning things.

Where do I see myself professionally in the next 5 or 10 years?
What do I want more of?
What do I want less of?
Does the life I’ve built still fit the life I want next?

I’ve spent so many years focused on building, growing, achieving and moving onto the next thing that I don’t think I’ve stopped enough to ask myself those questions.

And I don’t have the answers yet.

I’m actually trying not to put pressure on myself to have them.

Maybe sometimes feeling stuck doesn’t mean something is wrong. Maybe it just means something is changing and you haven’t quite figured out what that looks like yet.

So for now, I’m giving myself a little space to work it out.

Sharing this because I have a feeling I’m probably not the only one. 🤍

A little Monday reminder that your health has to make the to-do list too.

For the last couple of years, I’ve put so much of myself into being a mum and running my businesses that somewhere along the way, looking after myself became less and less of a priority.

And eventually, you feel it.

I did my first proper class in a very long time at Sunday Archives on Saturday and wow… did I realise how unfit I’ve become. 😂

So I’ve set myself a very simple challenge: two classes every week, start moving more and potentially join a gym this week.

Not because I suddenly have loads of spare time. But because I’ve realised I need to make the time.

I want to be healthy, strong and have the energy to be the best version of myself, especially for my son.

Because we can have all the business goals and plans in the world, but without our health, none of them really matter.

Maybe I’ll share a little of the getting-back-into-it journey too.

Anyone else trying to prioritise themselves a little more lately? ✨
