Payment Policy
Under no circumstances will a device be released without full payment upfront upon collection. This policy applies strictly to all customers, including both general public and business accounts.
Reaching Out
If you message us and don't receive a reply, please refrain from sending multiple messages—it won't speed things up. Please just call instead! It's much easier to chat over the phone while working on a repair, whereas sitting and messaging takes time away from the bench.
Screen Replacement Options & Warranty
Value Screens (LCD): Effective immediately, Value screens will no longer come with a warranty. These are cheaper LCD panels fitted to native OLED models, which results in higher battery drain and reduced touch responsiveness. While we can still fit them if specifically requested, we strongly advise against it.
Premium Screens: We highly recommend spending the small difference for the Premium option. You get original-level display quality, better battery performance, and full warranty coverage.
