Morning everyone,

I'm fully aware I've been off the ball the last couple months with replies and what not 🤦 I was doing a lot of work for a tech start up company, which ended up taking a lot of time, as I ended up helping them with every aspect of their company, unfortunately that all went in a bad direction, resulting in having to hire collectors to collect on an invoice that they was not paying. I will go further into detail about this at a later point, so that no other companies get stung by the same tactics that were used on me.

Under no circumstances will devices be able to be collected without payment before hand! Due to a current on going situation with a B2B customer thinking it acceptable to not pay their bill, things will be changing. Even if you have been a customer for 10years, payment is to be made before you can take the device away! I do not have the time nor energy to be taking people to small claims over unpaid invoices.

Also, I still am experiencing a lot of issues with my messages on here and with WhatsApp, so if you don't get a response to a message, please just call me! It's always the easiest way to contact me :)

Lastly, collection cut off times are 9pm. So please don't be calling me at 11pm asking to collect something 😅
