A look back at a high specification book produced for the equally high specification Shoreditch Exchange development. 📖

Designed to showcase the local area alongside detailed property plans, this case bound book combines a range of print and finishing techniques to create a distinctive presentation piece.

The cover combines traditional litho printing and bronze foil blocking with a contrasting matt paper and grey bookcloth wrapped around the spine. Subtly printed endpapers continue the experience when the book is opened, while fold out internal sections provide space for larger maps and detailed floorplans.

A great example of how thoughtful design, print and finishing can turn a property brochure into something really memorable.

A great example is this annual Christmas catalogue produced for Moonpig. We printed 120,000 copies in CMYK with a sealer onto triple coated matt art stock, with every catalogue personalised in two positions. We also handled the mailing and distribution to their 100,000+ database via TNT.

The catalogues were saddle stitched in a traditional booklet format, providing a practical and professional way to showcase their seasonal products.

A look back at a standout brochure project for a highly regarded London architecture practice. 📖

Approached by graphic designer Mark Lord, PrintHouse produced this 100-page company brochure, designed as a PUR bound book rather than a standard brochure.

The coffee table book format gave the architect plenty of space to showcase their completed building projects, while the quality and substantial feel of the finished piece helped reflect the nature of their work.

Printed in CMYK with a sealer onto uncoated stock, the book was thread sewn and perfect bound for an open-flat finish. The front cover and spine were finished with a clear gloss foil blocked and embossed logo.

A great example of how the right format, materials and finishing can turn a company brochure into something much more memorable.
