We are celebrating Paul Matthews’ 4th anniversary at The Final Step!

Paul joined in 2019 and hit the ground running as a Senior Engineer delivering high value solutions to clients. Some of his first projects were Microsoft 365 migrations – he loves Public Folders!

Paul is now a lead engineer on TFS security solutions – helping clients to assess their positions and implement various solutions to keep them protected. As a Technical Account Manager, Paul looks after several key clients with support from the rest of the team.

Most recently Paul has been helping clients to move and upgrade key line of business systems. His most recent exam pass was CompTIA security+.

It’s our 36th anniversary!

In 1987 we opened our doors in Covent Garden, and today we’re celebrating over three and a half decades of long-lasting client relationships, dedicated colleagues and being a part of the IT community and the city of London.

This year has been busy, let alone the last 36, but here’s a look back at the last 12 months – a reflection on many milestones achieved and a celebration of our colleagues and clients that define who we are.

We are celebrating Gergely Petenyi's 1st anniversary at The Final Step Ltd!

Greg joined The Final Step in July 2022 as a Service Desk Engineer, and passed his probation with flying colours!

Greg’s highlights include: refining ‘new starter’ processes, developing our core TFSmanage and TFSprotect email solutions and he is now part of our trusted ‘out of hours’ team.

He has built a great rapport with many of our clients and has been described as an “IT Superhero”!

We love Greg’s enthusiasm for team outings – calm and collected in escape rooms and crazy in Christmas jumper choices.
