Delighted to share another animation for health project.

Healthy@Home is an initiative from Prima Group, Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust and Picton Primary Care Network, bringing housing and healthcare together to help people live healthier, safer and more independent lives.

Working closely with the project team, we developed this engaging animation to introduce the programme to local residents, explain how it works, and highlight the difference joined-up, personalised support can make.

The animation combines clear storytelling, engaging illustration, and a warm, authentic Liverpudlian voiceover to communicate the information clearly and accessibly.

It was great working with the team, and we're looking forward to hearing about the success of this great project.

Today is the start of Carers Week, and this year it's about the importance of building carer-friendly communities — places where unpaid carers are recognised, supported, and never left to cope alone.

According to
Carers UK, there are 5.8 million unpaid carers across the UK caring for family members, friends, and neighbours who are ill, older, or disabled. Together, they save the UK economy an estimated £184 billion every year — yet many still feel overwhelmed, isolated, and unsupported.

To mark this year’s theme, we’re launching Grandad’s Birthday — an animation I created inspired by the realities many families face when caring for someone living with dementia or Alzheimer’s.

The film explores the emotional and physical toll caring can have, particularly on partners who become full-time carers while navigating grief, responsibility, and difficult decisions day after day. It’s based on an imagined moment around my dad’s birthday while he cared for my mam in the north east, often far from family support.

Animation is a powerful tool for clearly explaining processes and sharing best practices with diverse audiences.

This example we created for IOM UK plays a crucial role in building trust and respecting cultural differences by thoughtfully reflecting details such as clothing, skin tone, and mannerisms. We achieved this through close collaboration with Abir Soleiman and her team, which is where working with a creative outshines any AI tool.

This example is from a series of three animated videos for supervisors of seasonal workers in the UK to enhance their knowledge and skills in providing a safe, supportive, and fair environment that promotes wellbeing and performance.

Modern life can sometimes feel overwhelming, noisy and claustrophobic. Getting out into quieter, wild spaces and connecting with nature helps our wellbeing.

Refining our previous version of this animation, ‘Connect with nature’, we wanted to create engaging, relatable content specifically aimed at middle-aged men, highlighting how many often have a lot going through their heads without an obvious outlet.

Walking in green spaces like London Wildlife Trust's Woodberry Wetlands and becoming more aware of nature can help to put things into perspective and help us unwind.

By building on an existing animation, we were also able to quickly update and refine the content, making it easier to adapt messaging, test new ideas, target a specific audience and keep the story relevant without starting from scratch.
