Managing your visitors is as easy as this:

1. The host invites the visitor to attend for a meeting at a specific time and date using the app.

2. The visitor is then approved for specific days, start and finish times by the assigned building admin.

3. When the visitor arrives, they open the email, click the link and scan the QR code on the Doordeck tile to unlock the door. If the user has downloaded the app they can just tap the tile to unlock using NFC in the same way
