What a weekend at the Bristol Hi-Fi Show.

The Cyrus Audio room featuring the outstanding 80 Series electronics, driving the remarkable K200 loudspeakers from Kerr Acoustic, mounted on beautifully engineered TheInTune stands and optimally decoupled with Townshend Audio Seismic Podiums.

That system went on to win Best Sound of the Show and took home the Golden Pig Award.

A serious result. Fully deserved.

Always a pleasure to be part of the system in the Sound Fowndations room.

The Townshend Audio Seismic Podiums were the link in a superb setup curated by Sound Fowndations, featuring the great-sounding TT-23 turntable from Soulines Turntables.

The performance in both rooms spoke for itself. Grip, scale, tonal balance and, most noticeably, clean, controlled bass that stayed composed at every level. When the speaker is properly decoupled, the floor stops talking and the music starts breathing.

“Wow,” just spent time at the Bristol Hi-Fi Show this weekend, and Kerr Acoustic's setup was absolutely stunning! Those K200 speakers (with that clever transmission-line magic) paired with Townshend Seismic Podiums delivered incredibly clean, immersive sound, with punchy bass from compact boxes, airy highs, and pinpoint imaging. The isolation from those podiums really let them shine. If you haven't heard them yet, make it a priority! "
