We sent out an email to all our drivers regarding the recent payment issue. Please see our message below . . .

The 12th of January's Payment.

As you will no doubt be aware, there was a problem with the payment from your Thursday the 12th of January's cashiering. Unfortunately we only became aware of this at 09:00 this morning.

You were cashiered as normal at 17:00 on Thursday the 12th, and as a result your cashiering email was sent out that evening. The failure occurred in sending the payment file to the bank. The person responsible did not double check that it had been sent correctly and as a result we did not process your payment on time.

We unreservedly apologise for our mistake. We fully appreciate you rely upon us at CMT to ensure your money gets to you on time and in this instance we have failed to fulfil our responsibility to you. This will not happen again as we have put safeguards in place to double check the sending of all bank files.

All the money owed to you from the cashiering of Thursday the 12th of January will be paid out today and will clear into your account by Wednesday the 18th.

Once again we are extremely sorry for our error and any inconvenience this may have caused you.
