I googled this company as a local business and what an excellent find!! All staff members were fantastic; knowledgeable, responsive, friendly with honest advice and excellent value with no hidden extra costs. An old laptop 2012 with extreme issues including water damage (shelved for 9 years), underwent extensive diagnostics, a complete overhaul with replacement parts etc and returned to me fully operational and like new. The communication throughout the whole process was extremely professional and friendly with regular feedback/updates. A huge thank you to Steve, Pietro, Brian and Jan; an excellent and professional team who are trusted to execute an excellent, great value for money service and more importantly, a successful outcome! Always nice to get a really good 5 star review on Google.

Excellent customer service, great communication, and honest. They have a generous 'no fix, no fee' rule which means they will try everything they can to fix the issue. I had a dead 2011 MacBook with a graphics chip issue, which Apple deemed not worth saving when it died back in 2017. After weighing the pros & cons of buying a new laptop vs. getting old one fixed, I tried Chiswick Computers after reading their online reviews and I'm glad I did. They quoted me a reasonable price, a fraction of what a new/refurbished MacBook costs (and cheaper than buying a good quality non-Apple laptop). They replaced the graphics chip but found a secondary issue. Just when it looked like it was unfixable, they managed to sort it out and now I have a working MacBook rather than forking out for a new one and sending something to landfill. Thank you to Steve and the other staff at Chiswick Computers for fixing my MacBook! Will certainly be recommending you. Support your local businesses!"

That was from Stefania who had a 2011 MacBook that stopped working in 2017.
