According to ESFA Academy trusts must also be aware of the risk of cybercrime, put in place proportionate controls and take appropriate action where a cybersecurity incident has occurred. Trusts must obtain permission from ESFA to pay any cyber ransom demands. 🌐

Cybersecurity in Education is necessary to protect against financial loss and prevent disruption, it's also crucial to protect students from harm. 💻
