A journey from the family we're following closely. Bravo to Inaya Group and Inafly!

It all started in 2024 with a conversation. Like every new project in our studio, we began with one question: how do you reinvent an industry, rather than just improve it?

After FinTech, insurance, telecom, our field of reflection was aviation. A question surfaced quickly, almost naive: why do we still book flights the way we did 40 years ago? We subscribe to our music, our films, our software, our phone, our car. Why not to our travels? That's where Inafly was born. Not a new airline, not a new travel agency, but a new way to access air travel: one subscription, once a year, and the sky opens.

Inafly is being built within our startup studio today. Launching November 2026.

The Solal Group and the Solal Qatar team extend their deepest condolences to His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, the Royal Family and the people of Qatar following the passing of the Father Emir, His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani.

His leadership played a defining role in Qatar's transformation and international development, leaving a lasting legacy for the country and the wider region.

Our thoughts are with His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, the Royal Family and the people of Qatar during this time of mourning.

May he rest in peace.

🤝 300+ Projects. One Global Technology Partner.
With more than 300 projects under development, choosing the right technology partner is a strategic decision.

Discussions between the Solal Group and Huawei began in 2025. It quickly became clear that our ambitions were remarkably aligned. Across artificial intelligence, cloud computing, IoT, digital infrastructure, cybersecurity, smart energy, education and many other fields, we identified numerous opportunities where Huawei's technologies and expertise could significantly accelerate the development of our initiatives.

On March 10, 2026, this shared vision was formalized through the signing of a global Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), covering the development of more than 300 current and future projects across the Solal ecosystem.

As part of this collaboration, Solal will leverage Huawei's technologies across its ecosystem to support the development of startups, digital platforms, smart infrastructure, innovation hubs and large-scale projects worldwide.

The first projects already emerging from this collaboration include the deployment of a 50,000 m² innovation tower in Singapore, where Solal startup Linkweez is expected to play a central role in delivering IoT, artificial intelligence, connected workspaces, smart access, digital infrastructure and advanced security solutions, as well as renewable energy initiatives where Huawei's battery technologies are expected to support the development of our future solar farms.

The first projects resulting from this collaboration are expected to enter their implementation phase during the fourth quarter of 2026.

This collaboration is not about a single project: it is about building the technological foundations for hundreds of future projects.

🚀 The End of One Chapter. The Beginning of Another.
Over the past few months, the Solal Group has entered a new phase. We have accelerated our international development across Africa and the Middle East. We have launched new AI startups and strengthened our startup studio activities. We have prepared a major fundraising process to support the next stage of our growth. We have shared our vision through television appearances, media interviews and public conversations. And we have built new bridges with entrepreneurs, investors, institutions and partners across several ecosystems.

But this is only the visible part of a much deeper transformation. Behind the scenes, we have been preparing the next chapter of our story, with a broader vision, a stronger structure, a larger ecosystem.

The next chapter is about to begin.

🇸🇳 Senegal | Building West Africa's Next Innovation Hub
Our second visit to Dakar in less than a year confirms one thing: Senegal is becoming a strategic pillar of Solal's development across West Africa.
During this mission, we had the opportunity to engage with leading public and private stakeholders, including , TotalEnergies, Groupe Sonatel, Orange Digital Center Sénégal, Business France, the , Sénégal, , as well as numerous entrepreneurs, startups and innovation ecosystem leaders.

These discussions reinforced our conviction that Senegal is emerging as one of Africa's most promising innovation ecosystems, driven by strong institutions, ambitious entrepreneurs and a rapidly growing technology landscape.

As part of this momentum, the Solal Group is preparing the launch of its startup studio in Diamniadio, Senegal's new economic and innovation city located near Aéroport International Blaise Diagne SA.

The startup studio will focus on supporting the next generation of African entrepreneurs, with particular attention to FinTech, HealthTech, AgriTech and Education, while remaining open to other high-impact sectors.

Our ambition is clear: help build stronger bridges between Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Asia while contributing to the emergence of globally scalable African startups.

The journey is only beginning.

🇶🇦 Qatar | Building the Next Innovation Hub
Few countries have transformed their innovation ecosystem as rapidly as Qatar.
During our mission to Qatar, the Solal Group had the opportunity to engage with leading institutions and ecosystem partners, including Qatar Financial Centre (QFC), Media City Qatar , Qatar Foundation, Invest Qatar, the CCI France Qatar - French Business Council, the British Chamber of Commerce Qatar - formerly QBBF, Startup Grind as well as several entrepreneurs, startups and strategic partners.

These discussions confirmed Qatar's ambition to become one of the region's leading hubs for entrepreneurship, technology and innovation.

As part of this momentum, the Solal Group is preparing the launch of its startup studio in Qatar to support entrepreneurs, startups and international projects while strengthening bridges between Europe, Africa and the Middle East.

Our discussions spanned a wide range of sectors, including health, fintech, media, education and the creative industries, among others, highlighting the many opportunities for future collaboration.

🇦🇪 United Arab Emirates | At the Heart of One of the World's Most Dynamic Innovation Ecosystems

The second stop in our Middle East development journey took us to the United Arab Emirates. During this mission, the Solal Group had the opportunity to engage with key players across the 's innovation, technology, investment, media and entrepreneurship ecosystem.

Among them were Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), Hub71, the Technology Innovation Institute ( ), Masdar City Innovation Zone, twofour54 Abu Dhabi - Media and Entertainment Hub, Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), Dubai Media City, the DUBAI FUTURE FOUNDATION, the , as well as several leading investment funds and private-sector stakeholders.

These discussions reinforced a strong conviction: the UAE has established itself as one of the world's leading hubs for innovation, entrepreneurship, investment and emerging technologies, connecting talent, capital and opportunities on a global scale.

As part of this momentum, Solal's startup studio and several startups from our ecosystem are preparing to establish operations in the UAE to accelerate their international growth and strengthen bridges between Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Asia.

A number of exciting collaborations are already in the pipeline.

🇹🇳 Tunisia | Building Bridges Between Ecosystems
What if one of Tunisia's greatest economic assets was not only within its borders, but also across the world?

With a diaspora present in major international economic hubs, a talented young population, and a rapidly evolving entrepreneurial ecosystem, has exceptional potential to build bridges between Europe, Africa and the Middle East.

It is within this context that the teams of the Solal Group travelled to Tunis as part of the development of our activities in North Africa, where we had the opportunity to engage with a number of institutional, economic and entrepreneurial stakeholders committed to the country's development, including the teams of the Office des tunisiens à l'étranger ( ).

One conviction guides all of our initiatives: the major economic and technological challenges of tomorrow can only be addressed by strengthening connections between ecosystems, talents, investors, entrepreneurs and diasporas.

Our discussions with the highlighted the essential role that diasporas can play in economic development, innovation and entrepreneurship, while creating lasting bridges between Tunisia and leading international ecosystems.

Convinced of the country's exceptional potential, the Solal Group is currently preparing the deployment in Tunisia of the new version of its startup studio, alongside the launch of several new activities. Numerous collaboration opportunities are already being explored across a wide range of sectors, for the benefit of Tunisian entrepreneurs, startups and economic stakeholders.

Through our international presence, we aim to strengthen these connections, foster international collaboration and support the emergence of innovative projects with significant economic and social impact.

We would like to warmly thank all the individuals and institutions we had the opportunity to meet for the quality of the discussions. We extend our special thanks to Mrs Aïcha Jomni, Mr Helmi Tlili, Director of the OTE, as well as the entire leadership team of the Office des Tunisiens à l'Étranger for their warm welcome, their availability and the richness of our discussions regarding future joint projects.

This visit marks the beginning of a series of initiatives and collaborations that will continue to develop in Tunisia and across the wider region in the months ahead.
