We operate a mid-sized contact centre in Colindale, NW London, focussed on high quality output. Confero regularly recruits for its call centre teams. We are often looking for high quality individuals, both part time and full time, to join our vibrant team in the Colindale HQ.

You will be working as a telephone mystery shopper, helping us to assess the level of service provided by one our Insurance clients.

Your maturity, manners and exceptional English language skills will carry you through this 6 week project. Basic computer literacy is important.

You will be required to match specific mystery shopping profiles of male and female insurance shoppers aged between 38 – 78.

This is a part time position and is expected to run for up to 6 weeks. Hours are circa 4 hours per day during daytime working hours (20 hours per week), Monday to Friday, but the work can be flexible around your availability.

You will need to be available for training on Thursday 5th August.
