This wonderfully creative idea by Swansea City Football Club, to get fans interacting with their digital platforms, saw results not just during the campaign but sustained engagement beyond.
The new format of the digital matchday programme saw fantastic engagement and, thanks to the great new format and the fantastic content, fans kept coming back.
