🔔❗️🔔❗️From today, 15th February 2022, Care workers and home carers are officially added to the Shortage Occupation List, and the roles are eligible for the Skilled Worker Route.

⭕️ The salary requirement is £20,480 and the skill level is RQF level 3.

⭕️ Applications will be accepted for a 12-month period, i.e. from 15 February 2022 to 14 February 2023.

If you’re a UK employer hiring migrant workers, you must conduct a Right To Work (RTW) checks on your employees.

From 6 April 2022, the Right To Work (RTW) checks for migrant workers in the UK will be conducted online only.

This applies to migrant workers who hold a Biometric Residence Card (BRC), Biometric Residence Permit (BRP) and
Frontier Worker Permit (FWP). Employers will no longer be able to accept manual RTW checks.
