It was great to see partners at Richmond HQ yesterday as we held our latest MSP community workshop!

Microsoft MVP Lewis Barry took the room through Microsoft Intune, covering Autopilot provisioning, structuring configuration profiles, and connecting Defender for Endpoint with device management - everyone left with an approach they could take straight back to their customers.

Huge thanks to everyone who came along and made it such a great afternoon, and to Lewis for sharing his expertise.

We've got more workshops on the horizon, so stay tuned for the next!

The Australian Signals Directorate (ASD) is retiring it over the next two years and rolling out a new, cloud-ready "Essentials" series, which will be a broader and more modern framework.

It should be a smooth transition ahead - but only if your baselines are managed properly.

Security frameworks like CIS, Cyber Essentials, Essential Eight and NIS2 all provide valuable guidance for MSPs.

But MSPs don't manage frameworks: they manage customers.

They end up left with the problem of how they can turn that guidance into something genuinely secure, maintainable, and supportable for a customer. That's where inforcer's Blueprint library comes in.
