Now the festive period is in full swing, we’re thinking of ways we can spread a little kindness this Christmas. Which idea from our list will you try? ✨

🎄 Donate to a food bank. Find out where your nearest collection point is through Trussell Trust and drop off some non-perishable items. This kind of generosity is needed now more than ever!

🎄 Volunteer as a call companion. More than a million older people in the UK suffer from loneliness, and charities like Re-engage are on a mission to ensure no one spends Christmas alone. Their call companion service connects volunteers with these people, to combat isolation and encourage intergenerational support.

🎄 Sponsor a young person facing homelessness this winter through Centrepointuk. Their Christmas campaign invites us to sponsor a room for young individuals currently sleeping on the streets.

🎄 Give a Refuge parcel. Refuge provides safe spaces to women and children escaping domestic violence, and for just £10 you can buy a family an ‘emergency parcel’ containing toiletries, food and nappies.

🎄 Dress up for Elf Day! The Alzheimer's Society are asking supporters to dress up as elves and raise money and awareness for their cause. You can download your free fundraising kit on their website.

Our Contact Records tool is a powerful and efficient way to keep track of your donors. Create contact groups to distinguish between your various supporters, and tally donations against them in line with your fundraising targets. Distinguish between individual and corporate records, store information about them securely, and make note of communication preferences. All while we ensure you adhere to GDPR!
