From broken flow to higher conversions 📈

Huge thanks to Syan from FSAnalytics for trusting Witsberry to rebuild their website from the ground up.

The goal wasn’t just “make it look better.”
It was to create a faster, clearer, conversion-focused experience that actually turns visitors into customers.

Now seeing the results and hearing their feedback hits different 🤝

This is exactly why we do what we do: Build websites and platforms that don’t just exist… they perform.

Your app icon speaks in 90 milliseconds — before anyone even reads your app name.

Here’s what most founders miss 👇
The same colors mean completely different things across markets.

🔴 Red = luck & prosperity in China/India
🔴 Red = danger & urgency in the US/UK

⚪ White = purity in Western markets
⚪ White = mourning in Japan

That’s not a small detail… that’s conversion.

So we built a free tool that analyzes your app icon’s colors and tells you:

• What your palette psychologically communicates (trust, energy, playfulness…)
• How it translates across 5 global markets (with cultural risk flags)
• Which app categories your colors naturally fit (Finance, Gaming, Health…)
• Real App Store examples using similar palettes
• What to keep, fix, or rethink — actionable, not fluff

💡 100% client-side — your data never leaves your browser

If you’re launching globally, this is the difference between
“feels native” vs “feels off”

The KatSat project is Sri Lanka’s first CubeSat project handled by school students, initiated by Irshad Ismail. It has been more than two years since he first proposed this idea. But he didn’t just propose it and leave the dream to gather dust.

He funded it with his own support and continues to give motivation and guidance to the student team who are working on it. Because of that dedication, the dream is still alive. And today, KatSat is all set to fly.

I know very well, even in the same industry, when we try to bring something good for society, appreciation rarely comes from fellow people. Many people will not even put a simple like to show support. But still, there are some good supporters. Even a small like can bring happiness because it shows that people value what we are trying to do.

This initiative should not only be appreciated by people from Kattankudy. Everyone should appreciate it. This project is not going to make money. It is simply a bold attempt to prove that something which looks impossible can become possible, even from a remote village in Sri Lanka.

KatSat is more than a satellite. It is a message.
A message that big dreams can come from small places.

And maybe this small step will inspire the next generation to dream bigger and achieve even greater things.

💡 Design that Converts > Design that Impresses
A lot of people still think a “great UI” means something that looks straight out of Dribbble; flashy colors, glassmorphism, and motion everywhere.

But in reality, the most profitable businesses aren’t chasing trends. They’re built on timeless design principles; clarity, hierarchy, trust, and usability.
We’re currently working on a financial analytics website, and while designing their newsletter signup section, we didn’t go for fancy gradients or cinematic effects.

Instead, we asked:
👉 What makes a visitor trust this brand enough to subscribe?
👉 What information do they actually care about?
👉 How can we make this feel credible, not gimmicky?

The result?
A clean, confidence-building section that reflects what the business stands for — data, trust, and performance. No fluff.
🎯 Design should serve the goal, not the ego.
Because while trends fade, timeless UX principles compound.

💥 Stop Building “Everything” Before You Launch

We had a client who wanted two apps. Our advice: launch fast with an MVP.

Client said: “Nope. Let’s build all features first.”

Weeks turned into months. Features kept piling up.

By launch day:
💸 Budget gone
📉 Investors uninterested
❌ Project dropped

Lesson? Traction beats perfection. Every. Single. Time.

At Witsberry, our formula is simple:
1️⃣ Solve the core problem
2️⃣ Build the Minimum Lovable Product
3️⃣ Launch fast → learn → improve

Stop guessing what users want. Start showing them. Start iterating.

Investors fund proof, not possibilities.

⚡ Set → Build → Launch → Learn → Repeat

🚀 Project Update from Witsberry (Pvt) Ltd

We’re excited to share that we recently had the privilege of working with Sattar Textiles, a leading name in the Batticaloa region, to develop a custom mobile application that streamlines their Sattar Textiles Wholesale Department’s sales operations.

From cloud-based management to payments, invoicing, and reporting, everything is now seamlessly handled under one platform—accessible anytime, anywhere, right from a mobile device.

It has truly been a pleasure collaborating with the Sattar Textiles team, especially Mr. Itheef Mohamed, whose support and vision made this project a success. Thank you for trusting us to help your operations run more smoothly—we look forward to continuing this journey together.
