There is change in SoW for Amsterdam:

• Tech would need to support two sites
• Would need a valid driving license
• Should be L2 engineer
• Willing to travel between two sites

LAP Support
The core site in scope of this works is known as a “LAP” Site.
Some sites are labelled as “LAP” sites and have more equipment on them that will need support than a standard site. Normally a Production site.

The engineer will be required to support all the below devices at least to a 1st line / hands and eyes level and coordinate with third party vendors for repair where required.

The following devices are part of the service catalogue within the LAP support service:
• computer accessories (mouse/keyboard/adapters/etc.)
• barcode scanners
• scanners
• printers
• label printers
• monitors
• projectors
• large format displays
• desktops
• notebooks
• tablets
• smartphones
• thin clients
Computers are installed with Windows 10. There is a very low number of Windows 7/Windows XP clients, which are supported by the LAP support and/or internal client team.
