What sort of tools may you expect to work with? You will most definitely work with Figma, Miro, or Sketch to design communication at each stage of the flow. What voice or tone to use? Create a Voice Chart at the beginning of the project that will be your guideline. If you are working in a team of UX writers, use Google Docs for collaboration and Notion for organizing, tracking, and archiving your work.

How about the copy itself? Remember about Nielsen’s heuristics, WCAG guidelines, and COCA (Corpus of Contemporary American English). Check the correctness of your text with Grammarly for grammar, hemingwayapp for readability, and https://pos.li/2jtaoi to avoid word repetitions.

Don't leave the user guessing what happens next!

Each interaction with a web page element triggers a result. Pressing a button can erase your work, complete a purchase, or post an embarrassing photo to a public forum. When designing an interface, make sure that the user is aware of the action they are performing with a click. Use obvious and understandable to everyone visuals and inscriptions.

When planning your research, think about what information you can get at the beginning. If, for example, you have access to reliable quantitative data (e.g. on the part of the Central Statistical Office or industry reports carried out according to a reliable methodology), try to supplement them with data from qualitative research (which will answer the question: why?).

Example:

An industry report shows that 23% of people wear contact lenses. Do not carry out another questionnaire among your friends to ask them about the same. Prepare an IDI interview scenario and ask contact lens wearers about their attitudes.
Combining quantitative and qualitative methods is triangulation. It’s the best way to obtain full-fledged research results.

What should a good Project Manager be like? What do people expect from the person managing the team?

You probably think of a lot of useful traits and skills. Which of them should come to the fore?

-Organizing - everyone likes to know what to do, when, and why. The Manager's job is to arrange the work for people so that they do not get lost.

-Good communication is the basis of all relationships, including professional ones.

-Composure - nervous situations will happen and it’s up to the leader to calm them down and find the right solutions.
