What's wrong with how you call your patients?

➡️ Calling patients via a TV screen:

❌ Your patients might not know which room to go to or where to find the room, and if they aren't paying attention, they'll miss the call altogether, causing further delays.
This can differ from patient to patient, but on average, it takes patients 1.5 minutes from when they're called to enter the consultation room.
(1 in 5 have to be called twice due to lack of attention!)

The focus should be on reducing the number of people attending healthcare facilities rather than constantly increasing the number of staff and resources that are there to deal with them.

This might sound impossible, but 54% of patients who attend urgent care facilities and A&E don't actually need to be there!

If only there were a way to triage them remotely to save their time and the healthcare provider's resources 🤔 😉
