As we begin celebrating our award winners from last month, first up is our Austin Rookie MVP winner, Wesley Horsley! 🙌🏼

Wesley is part of our USA Enterprise team and has had an absolutely incredible first month. This was a landslide victory, with Wesley comfortably topping the vote from his peers!

He has grabbed the opportunity with both hands and hit the ground running, achieving targets left, right and centre while also earning himself a place on our Breakfast Club. 💪🏼

It also happens to be his birthday today, making it a double celebration for Wesley! 🎉

Huge congratulations to Ronnie Heath on his promotion to Senior Consultant! 🙌🏼

Ronnie hit his first promotion just five months after joining Hamilton Barnes, and only 12 months later, he's done it again.

Over the past year, he has shown incredible tenacity, adapting to new markets, embracing a change in focus, and continuing to push himself to the next level.

The last couple of months, in particular, have been outstanding. He's been absolutely on fire, showing exactly what can be achieved through consistency, resilience, and a willingness to keep grafting. 🔥

In fact, this month has shaped up to be his strongest yet, and he's showing no signs of slowing down. 💪🏼
